If you don’t have an Internet connection or prefer not to activate the software online, you can activate it locally.
Follow these steps:
1. Enter your order number in the text box labeled "Your order number."
You can also use the Paste button on the right side to paste a copied order number.
If you don’t know your order number, email us at license@sprintbit.com.
2. Find the Create Request button below the order number text box on the right side.
3. Click the Create Request button to generate the data needed for us to create a local license key.
4. Send us an email with the text displayed in the text box area. If you’re not connected to the Internet, you can use another computer to send the email.
You’ll need to include the serial number and order number only.
5. We’ll reply with an encrypted unlock code.
6. Once you receive the code, paste the entire unlock code into the same large text box.
Use the right-click menu or Ctrl+V keys to paste the code.
7. Locate the Activate button, which is next to the Create Request button.
8. Click the Activate button to unlock the software instantly.
