Ribbon Customization

Top  Previous  Next

The Ribbon toolbar supports a set of styles that differ in appearance, as well as behavior.
To customize the ribbon style, open the main software toolbar and navigate to the Software tab, then click the Program Options button.

In the options window, select the Interface button on the left side. On the right, in the properties section, choose your preferred style from the Toolbar Style dropdown menu.

The available styles include:

Office 365
When the Office 365 style is used, the main toolbar displays a Search box at the top of the window and displays Show Ribbon options on the bottom right of the Ribbon.
The Search Box in the ribbon helps you quickly find commands, features, and settings without browsing through all the ribbon tabs.
You can type a word or part of a command name (for example, "game", "lottery") or even a single letter.
Matching commands will appear in a drop-down list while you type.
Click a result to run that command directly, just as if you had found it in the ribbon.
If multiple matches exist, they’re grouped by ribbon tab so you can see where they belong.
This is especially useful when you don’t remember which tab a command is on.You
